Columbia Basin Trust has invested in 8 seniors' care facilities in the Basin, providing over 770 suites. Each of these facilities was developed with a joint venture partner, comprised of local investors. Together, the joint venture partners own the land and buildings and lease the facility to an operator, Golden Life Management, a Basin-based business.
CBT and their joint venture partner will commence construction on a new facility in Nelson. This facility will consist of 90 supportive housing suites.
